The services that Walk Score ("WS") provides to you on the City-Go-Round website ("Services") are subject to the following terms of use ("Terms of Use").

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts sitting in King County, Washington for any and all disputes, claims and actions arising from or in connection with the Services and/or these Terms of Use. In any dispute arising under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to attorneys' fees and expenses.
You agree not to export from anywhere any part of the Services provided to you or any direct product thereof except in compliance with, and with all licenses and approvals required under, applicable export laws, rules and regulations. You may not assign these Terms of Use, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights, if any, in the Service. WS’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Except as expressly stated herein, these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and WS with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications of any kind between you and WS with respect to the Services.
WS collects user-submitted information such as email addresses. Some information collected is not explicitly submitted by the user. For example, we log your browser information, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp.
WS will use information collected to further the purposes of the site, including but not limited to sending occasional emails, and sharing information as necessary with our service providers as needed to provide the services of the site.
Browser-type related information, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp data help us diagnose problems with our server. In addition, we use this information to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site and to inform advertisers of such information as well as the number of users that have been exposed to, or clicked on, their advertising banners.
